Credit card annual fee
Just did a request to the Public bank by phone to waive my credit card annual fee, and it is done just in a minute. If it is so easy to waive a RM150 annual fee, why don’t you not charge it at all.
It can save plenty of resources, my time, phone bill, and credit card service representative’s time.
